Project Overview

Our team completed a full first-floor renovation for a beautiful home in Salem, New Hampshire by redesigning the layout, upgrading finishes, and creating a more open, functional, and modern space throughout. This renovation included a completely reimagined kitchen and wet bar, an updated bathroom, refinished flooring, and a brand-new fireplace wall — all designed to create a cohesive look throughout the main level. 

The Results

The homeowners wanted to refresh their entire builder-grade first floor to better suit their family’s lifestyle. By opening up the layout, brightening the space, and incorporating warm wood tones with elevated finishes, Camila from our Windham showroom designed their dream first floor — a welcoming space made for everyday living and entertaining family and friends.

The Designer

Camila Smith

Camila joined Cyr Kitchen and Bath in 2008 and is based in our Windham showroom. Originally from Brazil, Camila studied Architecture for three years before moving to the U.S., where she earned an Associate’s Degree in Interior Design. She later completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Design Studies with an emphasis in Design Technology at Boston Architectural College in 2013. Learn more about Camila here.
